Police are growing 'increasingly concerned' for the welfare of a missing man from Stafford.
Mouaed was last seen in the town centre yesterday morning.
Officers believe he may have caught a train.
He is described as an Asian man, around 5ft 4in tall, with a bald head, and black moustache.
He is believed to have been wearing grey shorts, a grey top with a large white Adidas logo on the front, a black jacket with a bright red lining, and white trainers.
