West Midlands Ambulance Service to launch new feedback platform

People across Staffordshire are being asked to give their views on how West Midlands Ambulance Service can be improved.

It is planning to create a Patient Voice Group, which would be consulted on ways of making the service better.

Members would take part in four meetings a year, three online and one face-to-face.

Director of Nursing, Caron Eyre, said: “We are looking for past patients to join us in discussing what went well and as importantly what didn’t and more importantly, why.

“The meetings will take place every quarter with three held virtually and one face to face.  You don’t have to attend every group meeting; all we ask is that you take part in the discussions and give us your thoughts.
